ОписаниеThe TC626P Float(1GG5-8244-BLK) is an 8 GHz packaged GaAs integrated diode ESD protection device that can be used to protect sensitive RF circuits from ESD. The floating ground on the ESD protection device allows a DC offset to be applied and the limiting window to be shifted. The circuit contains Planar-Doped-Barrier (PDB) diodes with integrated matching networks and is fabricated with the MB6A integrated diode process.Please contact MMIC helpline: mmic_helpline@keysight.com for more details.
