With this cutter, the paper is cut using a pair of flat blades. Changing over the polarity of the motor voltage switches from full to partial cut (in any order). In the partial-cut mode, a 2 mm strip in the centre of the paper remains uncut. The cut is initiated by an external switching contact or a microprocessor.
