The actuators NE can be used as an efficient 90 ° electric actuator for the actuation of butterfly valves and ball valves in OPEN-CLOSE operation. The self-locking worm gear ensures precise positioning.All NE-actuators have a solid and waterproof body, thermical overload protection and a heating device preventing condensation to ensure high durability. In addition, all actuator with a torque of 150Nm and above have special torque switches for OPEN and CLOSE rotation direction to prevent against overload.All standard NE-actuators are equipped with 2 additional limit switches, an optical position indicator and a manual override by means of a hand wheel, which is disengaged in normal operation and does not rotate. The actuator NE are equipped with mounting pad according to DIN ISO 5211 for a safe and functional mounting to industrial valves. A generously dimensioned output shaft ensures a secure transmission of the rotation torque to the valve. Two internal threads for cable glands enable electrical connection with separate cables for power supply and control.In our shop, further variants of the electric actuator NE can be ordered online:
