The actuators NE with ATEX approval can be used as an efficient 90 ° electric actuator for the actuation of butterfly valves and ball valves in OPEN-CLOSE operation in explosive atmospheres zone 1, in which occasionally flammable gases or vapors may occur.All NE-actuators have a solid and waterproof body, thermical overload protection and a heating device preventing condensation to ensure high durability.All standard NE-actuators are equipped with 2 additional limit switches, manual override and an optical position indicator that is illuminated in OPEN or CLOSE position by LEDs. The optical position indicator protected under a glass cap on top of the body. The actuator NE are equipped with mounting pad according to DIN ISO 5211 for a safe and functional mounting to industrial valves. A generously dimensioned output shaft ensures a secure transmission of the rotation torque to the valve. Two internal threads for cable glands enable electrical connection with separate cables for power supply and control.In our shop, further variants of the electric actuator NE can be ordered online:

• Actuator with higher or lower torque. Up to 3.000Nm on request.
• Actuators with PCU board for positioning operation with analog signal 4…20mA or 0…10V.
